OUR VINES, THE SOUL OF THE WINERY
Our vines are the soul of the winery, and they provide our wines with a special character. We currently have 30 hectares of vines, of which more than half are used for growing Tempranillo, as well as a much smaller proportion of Viura and Malvasía, among other varieties.
EARTH WHICH TRANSMITS IDENTITY
There are predominantly two types of ground, the clayey-ferrous soil with its characteristic reddish colour and those which are a mixture of gravel and pebbles. In short, they are deep soils which enhance the transmission of the land’s own identity to its grapes and for which we have the utmost respect when producing our wines.
