Stemmed grapes, fermented and macerated at controlled temperature.
To the eye: Attractive cherry red of medium depth.
Nose: ntense aroma of fresh red fruits and liquorice, typical of the Tempranillo variety.
Mouth: Of average structure in mouth with gentle tannins which are well-balanced with the freshness of a young wine. Long-lasting and persistent with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.
Serving and pairing: Optimal serving temperature of between 14 – 16ºC. Ideal with light sauces, semi-cured cheeses, cured meats and white meat.
Optimal consumption: Between eight months and two and half years after harvesting.
