This wine is the flagship of our wines.
Made using selected stemmed Tempranillo grapes, fermented and macerated at controlled temperature. Aged for twelve months in cask.
To the eye: Intense purplish red.
Nose: Highly intense aroma of very ripe red fruits (cherry liquor) combined with the toasted woody flavour which provides it with its hints of coffee and spices.
Mouth: In mouth it is round and full. Powerful structure, yet balanced and pleasant. Very long-lasting and persistent.
Serving and pairing: Optimal serving temperature of between 16 – 18ºC. Ideal served with stews, roasts and red meat.
Optimal consumption: Between eighteen months and four years after harvesting.
