Obtaining the must for freshly pressing the grapes and low-temperature fermentation.

Tasting notes

To the eye: Pale yellow with flashes of green.

Nose: Medium-high aromatic intensity of tropical fruit notes (pineapple) accompanied by a flowery underlying flavour. While evolving in the glass, it develops hints of honey and aniseed.

Mouth: It is fresh, full-bodied and balanced, with a retronasal which brings tropical fruits to mind.

Serving and pairing: Optimal serving temperature of between 10 – 12 ºC.
Ideal with fish and seafood.

Optimal consumption: Between six months and two years after harvesting.
