Grape varieties
70% Viura, 20% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha.
Preparation
Obtaining the must for freshly pressing the grapes and low-temperature fermentation.
Tasting notes
To the eye: A clear and bright wine, onion skin in colour.
Nose: Medium-high aromatic intensity with hints of citrus (tangerine) and of flowers.
Mouth: In mouth it is fresh, long-lasting and with a reminiscence of citrus.
Other
Serving and pairing: Optimal serving temperature of between 10 – 12 ºC. Ideal with rice dishes, pasta, blue cheese and salted fish.
Optimal consumption: Between six months and two years after harvesting.
